Help Clutch not engaging, I think?

Full story;

I lost the ability to get the car to get in gear. Towed home.

Suspecting the shift cables, I went under there and found one out of the mount, I got it back in the mount and secured with cable tie.

It seems from the seat that I am hearing expected sounds from below.

Order two clips from our sponsors and ready to install.

While it sounds like the cables are moving things, when I engage clutch, big nothing, apparently not in gear.

I am wondering about clutch hydraulics, fluid level is good and no apparent leakage.

Truly not looking forward to clutch slave job, clearances are tough.

Any thought on what I may of missed? Sometimes my brain fails under stress.
