Extended warranty?

Will changing the stock oem wheels and modifying the exhaust and headers will it void my extended warranty?

I hope not but I would like to make sure that it doesnt since I am about to do some minor upgrades to the car such as intake, exhaust, headers and wheels...

Thanks!

Can you be more specific on what car, year & warranty company are we talking about. the reason i asked is, I use to have a 04' Matrix XR and change exactly what you are planning to do and ask the same question. What I found out is, as long as it's TRD parts and dealer installed, it won't void my warranty and if it's not dealer installed or using an aftermarket parts, as long as the reason for the damage has nothing to do with it, the warranty won't get voided. So what i did, I cut thru the red tapes and went for all the TRD parts and dealer installed..it cost me almost a quarter of what the car cost...if you are going to ask me if it's worth it...my answer to that is...I should have just bought the XRS model or invested the money on the car that don't need any modification to feed my hunger.

the worst part (financially and time wise) is, I traded it in after few months and got me "no modification needed according to my standard" a C230 Kompressor S/C coupe as a daily car....now that what makes it worth it and the garage looks good everytime i open it
