New Wheels need some help.

So I picked up some new wheels. I imagine they will fit but maybe they wont I guess i will find out shortly. They are off a 997 the rim style I believe to be called the carrera III. Either way it could be tight with the rear wheel fitment at 18x10 but we will see. (im sure someone will enlighten me on the buy first ask questions later mantra)

Either way, my concern is more of a paint deal. I was thinking of powdercoating the wheel a matte black. and my calipers matte (or shiny) red. not sure. but whats the concensus on a red pin stripe going around the edge of the wheel? too much. also thought about doing that in silver. either way let me know what yall think.

Also. if there is anyone in the wilmington NC area that likes to shoot AR15s and other assorted weapons let me know. I just picked up a Leupold HAMR optic for my rifle and i want to test it out.

You should stay with 986 or 987 wheels...18's fit fine after 97'.

My 2000 S with 18" factory Turbos.

If you got 19's, they will not work from a 987. By the way, I have a S&W M&P 5.56 with a laser dot scope. Have had it for a year and haven't the time to go and shoot. Plus I purchased 2000 rounds, so I'm ready. Maybe I will shoot some raccoons that keep coming thru my yard....maybe tonite, little varmints.

For starters, I would recommend lowering the offset(s) all around by 10mm's. 15mm spacers would give the vehicle an even more aggressive look without any clearance issues.

*fitment based on tires that fall within the range of 225/235 (front) and 265/275 (rear)
