well that shows water getting in the car, not collecting in the sill. the sill is the silver area.

I'm thinking culprit is faulty window stop - if passenger door is closed without pushing top of glass in first the top sits outside of roof rail. I took my granddaughter for a ride the other day and may not have corrected window seal before it rained.

Make sure the water isn't getting under the drivers seat toward the immobilizer. If it does you're going to have bigger issues.
