Now and then

Hi y’all!

I still follow this forum as it is and was a great resource to follow and learn.

My 986 was a great car and I modified it with great success thanks to all the knowledge present here. Moved on to a 981. Great car!

So, now and then, I hope you guys share some memories as well, love the car, love the doggo. She is 13 now and it shows, her name is Aphi.

yes very interested in your thoughts on the 981 as a long time 986 owner. I am at the point now where i am deciding between putting some money into the 986 and keeping it for a few more years or passing it on and purchasing a 981.

Congrats on the 981 Andy! I went from my 986 to a 987.2. Very different from the 986S with all its mods! Unfortunately for you and me, there's no forum as good as this one for the more recent models. Yes, there is Rennlist 987-981 but it doesn't have the same vibe. Probably why you'll still find people like us still kickin' around!

Planet-9 covers both 987.x and 981. I used to be active there but have been spending more time on RL 928 forum lately.
