Boxster 986 tire/rim size question

I have a 2001 boxster with stock suspension and have a chance to get a set of (4) Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires with Porsche 19" cayman 2013 Wheels.

Tire sizes are:
FRONT - 235/40/19
REAR - 265/40/19

Wheel sizes are:
FRONT - 8.5 JX 19
REAR - 10 JX 19

Will these fit with spacers or is the tire diameter to big? I know the 235/35/19 and 265/35/19 are recommended.

ET backspacing will be the biggest issue. IIRC our ET is only between 35-38, and we don't have room for a 55 ET

I installed another set of cayman 18" rims on my daughters 2004 boxster S with 5 and 15mm spacers and they came out perfect.http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1600688073.jpg

I will try to get seller to send me the offset for these rims. Thank you for your advice.

Looks like et 54 front rims and
Et 42 rear rims. So rims should work with the correct spacers to lower et but i am still worried the tires will be to tall.
