Quick offset question

I'm looking at getting some 808's for my 02 986 (non s)

Front:18x8.5 wrapped in 245/40/18
Rears: 18x9.5 wrapped in 275/40/18

New to P cars and my 1st time navigating tire offset and figments. Everything I've read/searched here on the forum says this set up should work fine. Am I missing anything? Spacers needed?

What are the offsets (ET)? That's as important as the width.

Seller "I think its about 45-50"

So lets just assume 45 to 50 ish on the et?

Those ET / offsets should be in the ballpark.

Haven't secured them yet!

Thanks Husker

At this point it's still a crap-shoot. You'll want in the low 50s on the front and 45-50 in the rear. And don't blame me if they don't fit. ;)

What do you mean?? You're responsible now😂

I'm going to install one of the rears when I meet the seller. Check for clearance on the caliper, and any rub. Anything else I should be looking for.
