Oil leak from DOF IMS job

Chasing down where a oil leak was coming from, seems to be in a couple of spots but got the car up high enough to have a really good look and found this.

Indy replaced the DOF oil line but I'm still leaking oil. Going in to inspect the flange install and hopefully resolve this. For those that have had the DOF IMS install, has anyone experienced this problem of the oil leak before? If you have, was it the install of the oil line or the install of the flange cover over the bearing?

Suggest posting at Pedro's since more there have DOFs.
