Oil leak

End of last year I had IMS, RMS, coolant flush done on my 99 with 41k miles, yea I don't drive it much. Last week i took it out and I see these fresh oil drops (see pic) , I've only put 300 miles on since this work was done.

Sure, I'm going to let the shop know about it, but is it worth me having what ever is needed to rectify this? My concern is there is so much involved to get to the point of inspecting, something else might not come back correct for me. Crazy concern or not?

I depends on how old those drips are. Wipe it down and check the following day to see how rapidly it's leaking. Also, where are the drops in relation to the car? left, right? It would give us a better idea where it may be leaking from.

These drops are fresh for 7 days. Drivers side rear maybe 8-10" from the inside of rear tire. I haven't got under to take a closer look yet.

Could be gear oil leaking from the axle seal. Do you think the leak happened before or after you drove it?

Gear oil also has a distinctly different smell than motor oil.

Check the oil filter housing. I had an Indy shop do an oil change and soon after developed an oil leak at the filter housing. Last week did an oil change replaced the o ring seal and no more leak.

It could be something as simple as a spark plug tube or tube 0 ring. You did say the car doesn't get driven much and if they are the original 0 rings they're now 20 plus years old. I always look for the easiest and cheapest to fix things first.
