All my coil packs were cracked (180k kms). They were the original Beru units. So I swapped out the plugs, plug tubes and coil packs while I was down there. Pretty easy job.

The swap made a slight but pleasant difference. Not sure if that's because of the plugs or the coil packs. Note however, prior to making the change, I was NOT throwing any codes. So not sure if this helps at all.

During my research, I read that the coil packs are susceptible to cracking from heat from the headers. Usually the heat shields are removed in these cases. My heat shields had in fact been removed.
