7 Boxsters in the Driveway...

While washing and moving some of my cars in the driveway I took the opportunity to record a video of the current fleet. Usually most of the cars are covered.
Soon I'll have two less Boxsters and hope to focus on my '73 Porsche 914 project. I may reduce the fleet a little more still or maybe find a warehouse/shop to lease nearby.

Thanks for sharing. It's a good watch. I look forward to that V8 swap that you will be doing.

For about 6 months I've tinkered with the idea of another box, but over the past few days I've 100% decided against it. Not enough parking space. don't think I'll ever get to 7. :D

I'd like to think my "fleet" is pretty well rounded....

1999 box
1984 RX7 (rainy summer daily)
1988 Cheyanne (parts nabber)
1972 Ghia (winter daily)
1974 CB550 (dry summer daily)

My wife has two el cheapo 2007 Mitsubishi eclipses. I don't get it, but she likes the body style. When the trans went out in the red eclipse she insisted on another eclipse. Now the trans is fixed and she wants to keep both... go figure.

It's a hard to spell word that was used back when Chevy was Chevrolay.

Some of the cars only have liability insurance (Dung Beetle, Hearse, Red, 'That', and the Cayenne), so it's not too bad. At the moment I have 13 cars insured and use two insurance companies. That reminds me, I need to drop the insurance on 'THIS' tonight.
I didn't even know how much it was so I just checked... between all the cars, I'm at about $4k annually. Good or bad? I expect that I could save up to $743.75 with Geico.

That's a GREAT rate! That would cover just four cars here in Dallas with comprehensive insurance.

Just sayin'...............

7 is impressive.

The best I could do is 3 when I was transitioning from Carmine to Sydney. My sister said I sold the prettiest of the three (Carmine). However, she drives a Black Cherry 370Z, so she might be a bit prejudiced.
