what do you need done? you need a new key fob programmed? you'll need someone with a PST2 or a PiWiS. If you were in Utah, I could help you out.

Hi maytag, yes. Well, sort of - I have two fobs that are not working anymore. I think I can get the buttons aligned and the red light flashes but they don't actually do anything.
That make sense? Where in Utah are you? I am sometimes in Park City

If the actual key works, and only the switches on the fob are not functioning, there may be a problem with broken solder joints on the circuit board.
Forum member particlewave can help you out here.
Just sayin'.........

Just in case you didn't know about this, here's a little info from the owner's manual:

Yes, thank you 78F350 - I noticed that. Something is up with the circuit itself, probably need the buttons re-soldered. Haven't heard back from @particlewave... thoughts?

I have the same issue, but one key works fine and the other doesn't.
It flashes the same as the one working, I changed the battery and still does not work with the car. I just bought the car a week ago and the owner said maybe a battery.
Possibly have to go to the dealer to get it programmed, I don't really need the key now but would still like both keys to be working.

A key fob can only be programmed to he car if you have the barcode for it. Otherwise, you are SOL

I had the same issue when I purchased my car. One key fob worked, one did not. I ended up going to the dealer to have a new key fob paired with the car. Rick

There are no security codes under the seat. That would kind of defeat the purpose of them.
You have to get the security code from a Porsche dealer. You most likely will have to prove you own the car. I got my codes, but it took a few weeks, the dealer said they had to get Porsche USA approval first

And there you have it.
The registered owner must be at the dealer to effect the service.
