Update on coolant post 😐🔫 Getting crazy.
 

Before I ordered a tank I went over this whole scenario again and determined those small drops of coolant found after the last drive were oil dripped when checking the oil before the test drive.

Today I topped off coolant bottle, made absolutley sure there were no drops anywhere and went for a drive. At 7 miles.no over heating no steam, no smell nothing. Heading home I turned on the A/C for the last mile and a half. Had the engine cover off so I was getting hot. Almost immediately the low coolant light starts flashing. Drove the rest of the way home.
Coolant tank 1/4 of a gallon low. No drops or any sign of any leaks inside or outside. No smoking exhaust, no anti freeze smell. Oil cap clean, no signs of intermix, oil level perfect just like when I left.
I'm not that experienced in this so any ideas now. Total amount of distilled water used since this all started 2 gallons.

Check the purge valve next to the tank cap for crust. It could be leaking when brought up to temp.

You have an air pocket in the system.

Bare trunk floor and all around tank dry after drive.

How could of that happen. No sign of leaks or intermix. How do I fix it?

Best way is to use the Airlift system and pull a vacuum, as long as the tool is above the coolant level in the tank, and you raise the vacuum slowly, no coolant will be lost, just the air.

+ 2 or 3. I can't imagine X/O coolant, water pump, hoses without the Airlift. It is simple, fast and done. No bleeding, burping, car at an angle, worries.

maybe the o-rings from the Bleeder Valve ( 99610634702 ) are leaking. Best to test by making the collection container dry and if the engine is warm to see if it is leaking at the bottom.
