bent rims

my car came with some pretty messed up bent rims and its causing the steering wheel to shake and im beginning to think its what broke my engine mount which broke my slave cylinder and some hose...

so i have these 18" RH rims and they're one piece and i was wondering where i go to get these.. unbent.. or tweaked etc. its just the front ones, one has 3 dents, and one just one. but the wheels aren't like perfectly round... i wouldn't say egg-shaped but you get the idea. is this an expensive thing to get them done?

also what about powder coating them after, since it has a lot of chips on it... is it true its expensive to get all the individual lugs/rivets out of the rim?

the rims are these:
