Leaky steering pump?

I know I'm asking a lot to have someone possibly identify where the leak might be coming from. It hasn't changed very much from a picture I took 4 years ago. But, I'm thinking it might be the steering pump. Any suggestions? 2001 Boxster S. Thanks

Mine looks exactly like that. I just figured it's a 20 year old car. I will stay tuned maybe learn something again
