DelubozParts gave me one for free for doing the header and muffler mod on my car and I have yet to get it installed. So I can tell you that the parts themselves look like quality stuff, but I do not know how they feel installed yet.
As a rule of thumb, the shorter the throw, the more force will be required to get the car into the various gears.
