What is interval for Tiptronic Transmission

90k miles change trans fluid. Though with the age of the 986 I wouldn't hesitate to do it at any miles if you don't know if it has been done.

I bought my 04S in 2018 with just under 30k miles but 14 years old. Abt 6 months after purchase I received two triptronic codes and had the tranny fluid and filter changed. No issues since then. Rick
