Adding Panamera DLRs to Xenon headlights??

I bought a xenon headlight on ebay $109, to go with the broken tab xenon in my other post. Advertised as non working but the last 2 nonworking headlights I bought worked but not this time.
Anyway to diagnose one of these? Turn signals work fine none of the others do. All new bulbs, wiring looks fine.
Part 2
Will aftermarket hid bulb kits work on these lights?

Thanks

Garage
I have swapped the ballast from a know good one to a bad one to see if that was the problem .In my case it needed a new ballasts box.

One more question does anyone know if the top clear half cover around the projector come off? Looks like it may be screwed on.
Thanks in advance.

I just happen to have a set of these removed from some junk litronics so I snapped a couple of pictures for you. I am going to put these reflectors into a set of halogen headlights with Morimoto Mini H1 Bi Xenon projectors as a project. I 'm not sure if that cover can be taken off and put back on again. It isn't screwed on, it has a couple of tabs at the top that seem to hold it in place, but they might be glued, I can't tell. It's the kind of thing that I'm going to not tempt fate and risk breaking one to see if it can be done.

Thanks for the pics! Id say those are melted together with the tabs. So not removable.
What Ive got is by luck and extra set of xenons. One needs restored.
What Id like to do is add Panamera led DRLs shrouds or little bulbs inside the housing.
The only thing I know about wiring is how to get shocked 😳 These shrouds are too big 3" but if I could find some smaller ones or use single bulbs like shown.
Wondering if this could work. 🤔
