Radio swap on 2008
 

My question is can a radio with the navigation screen be used instead of a single cd radio unit in a 2008 boxster
Are there wires in the car or does it have to be retired
It looks like the old unit comes out and the new unit just slides out

It's plug and play as far as the radio goes, but...

Are you wanting the nav part to work too? If so, you'll need to install the dvd player in the frunk and wire it to the amp. If the player doesn't come with wires, you can order them from Suncoast Porsche.
