Hey, Friend,
Yer gonna need an "anti-tamper" Torx 20 bit if you wanna start messin' w/ your MAF. Not just a Torx 20 mind you, but the "anti-tamper" version that has a hole at the tip of the bit. This l'il sucker'll allow to remove the MAF for either cleaning or replacement.
Be sure to note the part number on the MAF you have in your car for future reference.
Your baby will be fine.
