Oil leaking from exhaust

I had some time tonight to get under my cheap Porsche Boxster to look and see what could be wrong. I have a video of me buying the car on my Youtube, in which you can see the white smoke (AOS I am sure) and the loud knocking; I was expecting to see a hole in the bottom of the case. However, I found oil leaking out of the exhaust flange on both sides, I just posted a short video of how bad the oil leaking out is.

I tried running a search online for this issue but didn't see much on it. Lots on the white smoke from the AOS, but not oil dripping out from the exhaust flange. My first thought is the plastic spark plug tubes are shot; a new AOS and new spark plug tubes might fix the oil in the exhaust... but could the fact that the exhaust system is bearly holding on be the loud knocking noise?

Ideas?

Here is the link to the video of the oil dripping out.

Thanks,

Brian :)
