L/H (long) output shaft seal change on boxster

Has anyone changed the output shaft seal on the left hand side (the long shaft) of their 986 Boxster?
The right hand one looks relatively simple, and there are vids etc out there showing how to do the right side, but can’t find anything on the left side?

Forgot to say that this is on a 2001 986 2.7 Boxster with Tiptronic transmission.

Any information would be appreciated, thanks.

Just did mine for my 2000 6-speed. Not sure what tranny you have. It was simple once everything is out of the way. I managed to do it without pulling off the bottom brace.
Unbolt the axle, unbolt the rear most connector arm, move inner axle joint out of the way, drill a hole into the old seal, thread a screw into hole, use a pry bar to pop out the seal.

Thanks Bekks, sorry I forgot to say my transmission is a Tiptronic, and the left shaft is different to the manual transmission. It’s longer than the right hand output shaft, and from what I can see on parts diagrams it has a bearing on it plus other seals besides the outer seal?
Thanks for the reply anyway.
