Porsche Classic Motoroil?

So I'm getting ready to do my first oil change (04 Boxster S), and I've been looking around for oil recommendations (yikes! ). I thought I had it narrowed down to Mobil 1 FS 5W50 (or 5W30) or Liqui Moly Premium 5W-40. Then I saw that Porsche now has Porsche Classic Motoroil and specifically developed "a 5W-50 oil for 996 and 986 models."

Like most folks, I'm trying to maximize bang for the buck here whilst taking care of the equipment. I don't see myself paying whatever premium Porsche is charging for their magic elixir. Still, it appears they're saying 5W50 is now specifically recommended for 986's.

Should I go with the Mobil 1 FS 5W50 since that's closest to Porsche's offering? Or should I just get whatever is cheaper between the Mobil and the Liqui Moly?
