Spy4cia, I think you have a typo in your first sentence. Please check. I am confused.

I think you should reconsider heated seats. They are helpful for re-sale too. I have driven with top down in 45 degree weather with the heater on and the heated seats turned on, and was very comfortable. Do forget passanger comfort too! You might be warm, but they want a little extra warmth, and the heated seats are great for that comfort level. My wife and kids always want the heated seats on during early morning drives or after sunset. The heated seats have 2 setting...low and higher.
