19 " tire size recommendations

I'm going to buy some new tires for my new wheels. When I replaced my 18" tires I went with the same sized tires that came on my car. The problem I have with the 19s is 03 Boxsters didn't come with 19s. I dont like the way the tires that came on these wheels look. I believe they are undersized. They look too thin for these rims.
Supposedly these wheels are like what came on a 911 but the guy I bought them from can't be believed. They are 8" wide on front and 10 on the rear I think. Anyone running this type wheel that could give me an opinion on tire size. Here's a pic of the tire on there now.
Thanks in advance.
