On board computer

Can onboard computer(1999 Boxster) cause a problem with turn signal operation? Please, no ridiculous replies

I would think that it's unlikely. What seems to be the problem?

perhaps a problem in the stalks, where there could be a short or some such between the turn and obc stalks?

Left front signal light won’t work. LR flashes real fastLF does nothing. Bulb is good and continuity good thru bulb. Socket worn and bulb center contact may not be making good contact??

If it's just the left front signal, your problem is in the left front headlight or its connector. The bulb sockets are not well made.
