Ok so update..

Just got an email from Kevin. Pricing will be at the end of the month. They are in customs right now, and due to some things going on with .gov ..... well they are probably just sitting there.

As for shipping. Yes he can ship them to Canada with out issue. But it will be a little extra for the shipping. Not the light itself.

Also he is not asking for any deposits or anything like that.

clickman 01-16-2019 07:23 AM

I’m very interested but price and quality are my big concerns.

Qckslvr 01-31-2019 12:17 PM

I just got an email from USR. The tail lights should be in by the first week of February.

Also he is looking for Boxster owners in the SoCal area. He is looking for a clean Boxster to model the tail lights for the website. Drop me a PM for contact info if interested. I am in NorCal and little too far :(

morgal48 02-09-2019 08:29 AM

Are these same as those on the great auction site for $695 +$49 shipping?

BRAN 02-09-2019 08:53 AM

I received info from a german retailer, that they have none in stock, because of quality/production issues the manufacturer wants to resolve first.
Sounds like a good plan to me. ;)

What's the status on this? I'm interested but would like to see a video of the lights. I'm interested in tinted version.

rflores2323 02-13-2019 04:08 AM

Found a video online https://youtu.be/BcDe884tjhQ

particlewave 02-13-2019 09:29 AM

The price was over $500, so I'm sure they're still north of $400 with a group buy.

Qckslvr 02-15-2019 12:19 PM

So the group buy is happening right now!

We get a 12% discount on our orders. I will PM all that were interested with a discount code that you can apply in the shopping cart. If you live in CA there is sales tax :(

BTW this link does NOT work in Firefox, but works in IE... Not sure why there. Also Enter your discount code at check out! I did it before and it removed the discount when I went to pay, just re-enter it and the discount will appear again.

Post pictures when you get them :D I hope to have mine next week :D

PS: if I didn't get a PM to you or you want the discount code, drop me a PM. Thanks again :D

Bought mine (black tinted) thanks for doing the Group buy. Saved some $$. Can't wait to get them and install.

Are these plug and play for a stock 986?

So not to hijack Particlewave's thread I am starting a new thread. Some seem interested in this new tail light that is out. I know I am, and so I reached out to Revi Motor Werks. They do have them in stock and offer two variations. Black with clear lens, or black with tinted lens. And of course they are willing to offer a group buy if there is enough interest!

I am not affiliated with USR or Revi Motor Werks. Just passing along a possible good deal if there is enough interest :)

WOW really looks good

Looks so nice... Anyone knows any European sites that I can buy from?? Inport and shipping cost for Greece from us is huge...

Qckslvr 02-20-2019 04:25 PM

My lights came in today! I got mine in clear as I am not sure if clear or tinted will look best on the car. And I have lots of tint if wish to tint them. But! here are some pictures of the lights themselves. Hope to get them installed this weekend.

PS the group buy is still on, just PM me for the discount code if interested. Also I have a contact for people in Europe if interested as well.

Looking forward to seeing what they look like installed with a demonstration of all light functions e.g. back-up lights, turn signals, rear fog light, brake light, etc

They look great in clear/red, no doubt.
How is the built quality? Could you name the european contact?

I looked them over pretty good. They are heavier than I expected. Mounting studs, the foam gasket and wiring all look to be well made. There was a little bit of flashing on the bottom of one of the lens, but running my finger over it removed it quick enough.

So first impressions, with out plugging them in yet is very high.

They do look pretty awesome and I can hardly wait to see them installed.

I'm with BRAN... can you provide the European contact info? Thanks!
