2003 boxster Strange engine noise

Pigsypo Registered User Join Date: Nov 2018 Location: Central valley Posts: 22	2003 boxster Strange engine noise It randomly happens, sometime it doesn’t happen for the whole trip. It seems like the noise mostly when I press the gas pedal. The check engine light is on due to lean and random misfire. Trying to figure that out as well. This forum is great for 986 owners!
