Weird window problem

Here’s a noodler.
My drivers side window drops 1/4 way down after I shut off car, open door and shut it. DRIVERS SIDE ONLY. Just like I’m dropping the top, but drivers side only. I’ve had the patchy problem of the windows not dropping sometimes for door closure, sometimes you can push it down, other times not but this is different. Double beep on alarm lock (expected from some kinda sensor error) and if I drop the window an inch, no problems. When I pop the top, both windows drop, when I close the center latch, both windows raise and the drivers window drops again. Raising the window works until i open and close the door, then it drops again.
For now I’m leaving the key in, getting out, hopping into passenger side and raising window, exit/lock.
Anybody want to comment on this and help me understand which switch, programming fix or what? It seems my drivers door thinks I’m dropping the top,
Sigh

I had this specific issue, after I replaced the door lock mechanism, (moderate PIA) the problem was solved

Sounds like the door latch mechanism. ;)
Sometimes this can be fixed by re-soldering the connections and traces on the electrical portion.
