Upgrading stereo system

Hi. I have been mind blown on what head unit and speakers to buy for my 2008 Porsche Boxster s limited with the Bose package.
Dealing with the fiber optic from HU to amp is crazy so I just want to redo everything.
So if I get a new front trunk amp, new head unit, dash tweeters, door speakers, what about the Bose sub woofer that is on top of my engine? Is this something I have to do away with? If that is a yes then maybe getting and underseat sub would be a good replacement.
Any advice will be great.

Talk to Crutchfield at crutchfield.com. They can sell you an adapter kit. a wireing harness and installation instructions. Been in business for decades and they have done a lot of P-cars.

The online store will ask you for your year, brand, model and then even your speaker type, then give you options of what will work and fit.
