Damage from wheel spacers?
Hi all,
I got a 1999 Boxster and ordered 4 hubcentric wheel spacers, 15mm. Before I install them, any issues or potential damage from spacers? Thank you! |

Many of us use spacers ranging from 10mm to 20mm. I personally have 13mm in the front and 20mm in the rear. I like the way it looks that way. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk |
They should not cause any damage if put on correctly.
A good idea to put 5 of the standard wheel bolts in your car tool kit so you can use the spare wheel if necessary. The long bolts used with spacers may be too long. |

Never thought of that. |
Or switch to studs.

Excellent! Thank you all!

17mm front spacer and 10mm rear spacer with 45mm stud kits from Rennline "0" problems on since 2012. Spacer as long as they fit tight to the hub center and give a lip on the outside that fits the wheel center they should not hurt anything.
