Vacuum Solenoid

I have and A.O.S that has a vacuum port that is plugged .Can I use this port for a solenoid that needs constant vacuum? Thank you all so very much for all the help you have given me . This forum is the Porsche Boxster owners greatest resource..!.Thank you.

I suggest you put a T directly into a vacuum line rather than having it go through the AOS first.

Do what Anker says. In addition, use a vacuum check valve. It'll keep the vacuum constant. Autozone or O'Reilly's carries them in their Help! sections.
