Brackets next to TB on 2004 S
 

I was working on the intake tube, MAF, TB and air filter on my 2004 S today and noticed that there are some unused brackets on the engine block next to the TB. I assume they are for a cable throttle system, but my car has an e-throttle. Anybody know what those brackets are and whether they should be there? My worry is that my car has a replacement engine that I didn't know about.
