Slight squeak/squeal just started- Any thoughts?

I’ve been told when something seems wrong, always go back to the last thing you did. Last week I replaced the original coolant cap with an upgraded version. Afterwards, within a couple miles of driving, the car exhibited a miss when accelerating. Something it never had done during my ownership. Hasn’t happened again. During the next start up, I noticed a very light squeak or squeal that continued for 30 seconds or so, and then slowly diminished. It happened again once or twice during that run when revving the engine lightly. I know it’s not the starter bendix spring - a totally different sound and something that I do have to fix. Do I think it has anything to do with the new coolant cap? No, not at all. But maybe I’m wrong. I’ve researched and found it could be a loose spark plug, worn drive belt, or an issue with the air injector. The belt looked fine before winterizing last year and I’ve only driven it about 800-1000 miles since. I’m going to check the plugs and belt in the morning. Has anyone had a similar condition occur? Looking for some advice to help solve this condition.

My squeaky squeal thing turned out to be a loose spark plug.
I had not recently changed my coolant cap, though.
