Question Power Steering Pump Pulley Removal

The power steering pump pulley is misaligned on my 1999 Boxster. It causes the serp belt to ride on the edge of the pulley. I suspect the pulley was installed backward on the last repair at the Dealer. I need to remove and flip the power steering pump pulley. I tried to remove the three bolts on the pulley but was unable to turn them loose.

Does anyone have any instructions and suggestions for removing the power steering pump pulley?
- Are these bolts left or right hand turn?
- Torque spec?

Thanks

Garage
I used a boa constrictor to hold the pulley in place, worked great for me

Easiest way is an impact gun. Comes right off, no need to hold anything but belt tension, if even that. You can use a batt operated one. I don't remember the torque, but they are not crazy tight. Righty Tighty, Lefty Loosey.
