Window dropped all the way into the door - can't tell if only regulator or motor also
 

Hi all,

So, as the title says - the window dropped all the way into the door - I opened it up and the regulator is bad but the motor seems kinda weak? I activated the switches and reached for the regulator but it wasn't moving. Any ideas on what to see?

Regulators fail on these cars quite often, but I don't recall anyone saying the window dropped all the way into the door. How do you know the Regulator is bad? What did you find?

I hear the noises of the cord straining like when the regulator failed last time but when I actuate the motor nothing moves - I had my hand there feeling for it and there was absolutely no movemet
