Convertible component replacement

I am replacing part s 4, 9, 10, 15 & 16 due to damage that occured while I was replacing the engine; wind caught the clam shell and bounced around for a while in a strong wind. For the mere mortal is this a difficult process to remove and replace these parts?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

PART II
Finnaly got my AC working thanks to our local indy. When I picked up the car, he told me that my timing chain rattled at start up. This only happens during a cold start and it is very brief. Is this chain rattle a sign of things to come?

Can't comment on 15/16, but have R&R on 4, 9, and 10. #10 is a bit of a PITA due to needing to lever the ball-socket end off of #9. IMO if you're in that far may be a good idea to pop open the roof gearboxes and make sure the plastic gear inside is in good shape. Protip: When removing the gearboxes, watch. your. hands. Still have a scar from when my hand slipped and a little metal protrusion bit me.

It's real easy. My concern is that the wind might have bent the clam shell. I've seen them bend quite often if one of the control arms gets jammed up. Easy way to tell is by laying the clam shell down on a flat piece of ground like a concrete slab. Hopefully it's not
