Coolant tank leaking - Please help

Hi from the UK!

My 986S has developed a habit of wetting itself.

Firstly I noticed that there was steam in the rear trunk and bubbling and hissing sounds coming from the coolant bottle.

Then on the way home, the low collant light started to flash.

I noticed that the car was loosing liquid from around the rear drivers side wheel, both in front of this wheel and behind it.

I have pulled back the carpet in the boot and i can feel water down here:

I will pull it apart over the weekend, but does anyone have any instructions i can follow to repair?

My local OPC have quoted me around £220 for the replacement part.

Any help with a video tutorial or guidance that I could follow would be great.

Could you please (pretty please with suger on top) post smaller pics? Here's a real nice image hosting service that will resize your image and not make your post impossible to read or view. Postimage.org So easy an Englishman could do it.

So you have a crack in your coolant reservoir. Believe it or not, this has been discussed on Rennlist and all the Pelican affiliated forums. Wayne Dempsey did a nice write up with pictures you can actually see and it's available on the Pelican site. Wayne's book 101 Projects on the Porsche Boxster is well worth the 20 quid you'd pay for it, btw.
Dammit, those huge images are a pain in the arse! Here's the link to Mr. Dempsey's write up. https://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/Boxster_Tech/33-WATER-Coolant_Tank/33-WATER-Coolant_Tank.htm
Cheers!
