Exclamation Clutch Hydraulic line got disconnected

Hey there. Last week I put in a new slave cylinder since the last one was leaking. Been driving for a week and everything was good, and then when I went to start the car last night, it lurched forward (with the clutch still in) and shut off. The pedal was stuck to the floor again and I immediately thought it was something with the slave cylinder. I check underneath the car and sure enough, hydraulic fluid is leaking everywhere. Today I got under the car and discovered that the hydraulic hose that connects to the blue hydraulic line had become disconnected. Of course I tried pushing them back together, just in case I was going to see a miracle haha. I have attached pictures Red shows the 'female' side, and blue shows the male side. They are supposed to insert into each other obviously, but from what I understand, the red female side is cinched at the factory and cannot be redone correct? Showed the pictures to a part specialist at autozone and he didn't really have much to say. Hoping you all can give me some advice on what new part(s) i may need, or what I should do!

For reference I also attached a photo from user 'Eric G'. In the picture you can see the slave cylinder that is iron, attached to the hose, that attaches to the line. My set up looks exactly like that. It is the upper one shown in the photo with a cast iron cylinder, not the plastic.

Thanks all! Appreciate it!
