Help getting eccentric bolt out of rear LCA

Hey guys -

I'm trying to replace my rear struts and I cannot seem to get the eccentric bolt that holds the rear control arm to the chassis - it's loose and it spins when the bolt head is pressed up against the subframe, but when I push it out, it gets stuck about half way. Some of the threads near the middle of the bolt seem a little squished/flattened, so that might have something to do with it, but I've tried hammering it from behind and I cannot get it through the LCA bushing. I've included some photos if that helps anyone. I've tried jacking up the carrier, but it does not make it easier. I also currently have the axle (at the transmission), track arm, support brace, and drop links disconnected.

Would disconnecting the LCA from the carrier (track arm and ball joint) make this easier? If so, what's the easiest way to get the ball joint off? It seems like it needs a T-40 torx, but there's barely any space to get one in there, and a socket does not fit either on the nut.

Thanks!

Is the tire still on? The weight from that could be putting pressure on the bolt and making it hard to come out. Sometimes it helps to twist the bolt as you pull it out/tap it from the back.

I know that this seems obvious but you never know: you have turned the bolt so that the eccentric washer clears the adjuster lip on the frame?

Everything is better with a liberal amount of lube.

No, tire is off. Basically the only things still connected to the carrier are the ball joint, the track arm, and the brake disc.

Yes - if you look at the photo link you'll see that it clears it but gets stuck halfway.

I'll try spraying more into it. It feels like it catches on something.
