brp987 Registered User Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: los angeles Posts: 195	RTS - roof top system - no go for modern bikes? Several years ago I got a Porsche RTS for my boxster. I finally got around to installing it and found that my carbon frame bike can't be mounted because the frame tubes are much wider than older bikes with steel frames. Has anyone encountered this? Did you fabricate something to make it work? Or, has Porsche now updated the design for newer cars? Maybe a newer cars bike rack can be attached to the old RTS.
