6-Speed transmission question...

I'd like to know which model years a 6-Speed Boxster-S 2002 transmission will fit.

define fit - bolt to engine, bolt to axles, S and/or non-S? direct fit is any S from 2000 to 2004 due to the axles (or any non-S that came with the optional 6-speed) but it will bolt to any m96 or m97.1 engine (and i think m97.2).

I bought a 2002 Boxster-S 6-speed transmission for a 996 911 engine-swap, but never installed the tranny. Hence, I'd like to sell this transmission but need to know what models it will fit. One guy with a 2000 non-S 5-speed Box would like to buy it, and asked if it would fit.

he will need different axles, different wheel hubs, different clutch, different pressure plate, different clutch slave cylinder, differenet clutch line, different shift cables, and i think different wheel bearings.
