Walmart sells a product very similar in look, touch, and feel... for a fraction of the price. Fraction.

My wife's boxster has weathertech floor mats and for her car they're nice. Her boxster is a daily driver and they hold up well to the abuse. Something about them is off to me. They remind me of when people use to put plastic over their carpet and couches. That type of floor mats don't feel very luxurious and out of place in a Porsche sports car to me.

I have Weathertech rubber mats. I am on my second set of them for my 2001 S. When I went to order them the second time, they didn't show an application for the 986. I ordered the front mats for the 996 and they fit perfectly.

I was considering the Cocomats and noticed that are considerably pricier than the OEM's that you can buy through Sunset.

However, I believe that the brown and white Cocomats would look nice with the Savanah (light brown) interior that I have.. :-)

Regarding the Weathertech, I dislike them more than being rubber mats but by having a four page ads on C&D, R&T, etc... lol

I really hate Weathertech advertising.

I don't like rubber floor mats and don't care to see the factory or the founder preaching to me......or have MADE IN USA crammed down my throat.

Sad that the auto companies don't support print magazines with advertising and we have to look at pages of Weathertech. .......well maybe I should go to more races because this thread show me there is something about Weathertech that is attractive.

I like Cocoa mats and have bought a few sets over the years.
Good quality and good customer service.
