Stereo Buttons pealing - Help Please

Hey
I have a 1999 Model Porsche Boxster with a CDR-220 deck inside it. The buttons on the deck are starting to peal. It seems a clear coating sticker part is coming of them. Is this happen or has happened to anyone else? and is there any way to fix it without replacing the deck?

Would love any info on this

Thanks in advance!

Its not cost effective though.

Here is a much better alternative

I think they all do that, just replace your whole cd player, trust me, it's worth it.

Here's the response I received from Becker:

When I called the service department they told me it would cost $50. I think you will be without your radio for two weeks.

Dame I was hoping I could just peal them off and it would still be fine, thought it was some clear protection sticker on it, lucky I didnt do it.

Seems I must buy a new head unit.
