Courtesy Lights

The courtesy lights on my Boxster only work when the engine is running. I had the CLU under the seat replaced and they haven't worked since then. Could this be something they forgot to program when they replaced the unit? Also my windows don't go up when I close my top. Any info would be appreciated.
