Question about relocating 99 climate control unit

I would like to replace my stock radio with a double DIN radio that has navigation built in. Can the climate control unit be moved down in a 1999 model to the lower section? Are there conversion kits sold (with face plates etc.)? If yes where can I get it?

One word, yes. Take out the bottom bin and you will see 2 screw holes. And if you take out your climate controll you will see 2 screw holes. So I think you can just screw it in the bottom (thats where it is with cupholder people, ask them for more help)

But it looks like it needs a different face plate sine the corners have different curves. Or am I missing something?
