HELP: O2 Sensors - part #

Hey guys, I am looking to replace the O2 sensors on my 2001 S but I need some help figuring out how many sensors I need to buy. Part numbers, how many sensors are there and location of them. Some items I read say Left and Right Downstream sensors (2) and another left and right Upsteam sensors (2)...total 4 ? Do I need to replace all 4 sensors if I get code P1130 or more likely just one side ?
