Yes, 2003 and 2004 models feature removable/replaceable tips. These don't fit other years ... which have welded on tips.

Replacement tips (tips only) are around $400 from Porsche.

Yes, for clarification, my tips look like the ones in your pic but are not aftermarket...they are part of the original exhaust, still going strong after 17 years!
