Clear Halogen Headlight Recommendations
 

I found the following clear halogen headlights on Ebay (for a 1998 986) and am curious if anyone has any experience with either:

1. Marelli
Porsche Boxster Pair Set of 2 Left & Right Headlight Halogen Assemblies Marelli

2. Latvia
Porsche Boxster 986 1999-2004 Headlights Front Lamps PAIR LH+RH OEM

I bought my smoked side marker lights from the Marelli eBay seller, they were brand new in original boxes as advertised. Parts Geek dot com has new Magnetti Marelli and Automotive Lighting halogen headlights at great prices with free shipping too. Maybe Pelican would match their prices.

I have received about 15 sets from #2. They are new OEM and shipping took an average of 5-10 days.

I bought a pair of the Marellis on Amazon. The price was (I think) $650 with free shipping. If you factor in the cost of shipping from the Latvian vendor, then I got a better deal. The lamps are very nice, and it dramatically improved the look of the car, as the original lamps were burned and very yellow.
