Block connector repair

Hi folks does anyone have a trick for repairing wires into block connectors, hopefully the image comes out, it is the plug for the alarm and tilt sensor it's gone rotten with the water run of from the bonnet etc, and seems to be screwing up the alarm and making the electrics flicker.
I can't just connect the wires without taking to bits the alarm module, so I need to fix the plug, can I buy new inserts for the original block connector solder the wires on, then press the inserts back into the plug/connector? Or is there a better way. I don't think I can solder the wires directly into the plug because the original inserts are a bit rotten.
This is on my 01 986 2.7 L
